Development and testing of the I-PROTECT model, which includes injury preventive training for adolescent handball players and an implementation plan for clubs assembled in one mobile application, called I-PROTECT GO. We are a team of users and researchers working from the needs and prerequisites of clubs, with current research as the basis. This approach is crucial for injury preventive training to become an obvious part of handball training.
