Preparation – please read this before applying

Before you complete the application it is important that you read the following in order to get an overview of what and how much information is needed: Application overview. NOTE: Only electronic applications via our website are valid. You will find the link to the application form at the bottom of this page.

Before completing your application, it is important to have composed a clear goal, a project description, time plan and budget. Remember to describe your project so that we can determine if it complies with our criteria. Read through the criteria for the area you intend to apply under ”Scholarships”.

We also need to know if you plan to apply for other financing or grant and the name of the funder, the foundation or contributor to whom you apply. This is so that we can confer with other contributors regarding possible collaboration.

The application period for 2025 is from 15PM on January 16 to 15PM on February 13.

Selection criteria
Under the tab “Scholarships” you will find descriptions of the different areas, as well as a description of the criteria for each area. In general, the project must be concrete with a clear goal and project plan as well as a time plan and budget. The project must have some link to Skåne, Sweden.

Selection process
The selection process will begin once the deadline expires. Specialists/experts from each grant area will participate in the selection process, in collaboration with the Board and the Council. The Specialist’s role is to evaluate applications in order to identify what best meets the established criteria. If your application is successful you will be informed by email in June. The Foundation will not justify its decision and a decision may not be appealed.

Grants
Grants are awarded annually in June. A list of the successful applicants will be published on this website.

Project follow-up
About a year after you have been awarded a grant you will be contacted via email requesting an account of how your project has developed
