There is currently a lack of in-depth perspectives on women’s experiences of emergency caesarean sections. We want to help healthcare professionals receive further training on women’s experiences of emergency caesarean sections and, in doing so, improve post-operative care for women who have recently undergone the procedure. If you do not understand a patient’s experience, it is also difficult to improve the situation. Having worked on our book, we know that patients who have undergone emergency caesarean sections are somewhat overlooked today, and we want to change that.

The aim is to create a Swedish national platform and a network for sepsis research and future clinical trials for new sepsis treatments. Sweden has a unique opportunity to take a leading position in this field but must coalesce and collaborate. As our research group is a world leader in this field, it is only fitting that Lund and Skåne should be the initiators of this project.

World-changing literary works build upon one another and their respective traditions; I wish to show how they are interconnected and lay a rich foundation for deeper understanding and cultural enrichment. Translators remain unresearched despite their crucial role in literary history. Ingvar Björkeson was the most important of them all. I wish to bridge this knowledge-gap, but also to produce something that, strangely enough, is lacking in Sweden: an in-depth and engaging book about the great classics that form part of every educational canon.

The story of the comic-book city will be made in the form of a comic-book. Using an autoethnographic/autobiographical method, the project will 1) collect and combine my own recollections and combine these with archival material 2) portray different aspects of how the comic-book city was created in the form of a cartoon 3) make this available to a wide audience in the form of a comic-book that can 4) form the basis for an extended application to explore the comic-book city.

The aim of the exhibition is partly to broaden and highlight the role bacteria play in our lives, and partly to increase understanding of how antibiotic resistance works and what we can do to tackle it. As many of our visitors come from healthcare education and training, we are keen to contribute with exhibitions that can broaden the image of healthcare and the role of medical science in society.

The modern breakthrough is probably the most significant event in Nordic cultural history. It was then that Nordic literature and the cultural public sphere became modern. But our knowledge of Strindberg, Brandes, Ibsen and the others has stagnated; it has become fixed in the obligatory narratives of school textbooks. Many aspects have been forgotten. By bringing to life the personal drama that lay behind it, I wish to renew interest in the decades around the turn of the 20th century, which were so crucial for us Scandinavians.

The project will result in a knowledge base that will enable a new, contemporary and educational exhibition at the Graphic Museum. The aim is to reach a wide audience and strengthen understanding of the significance of the art of printing and the graphic arts industry for the development of our information society. The museum aims to highlight key issues in a democratic society – using the history of the printing industry as a concrete and tangible starting point.

The aim of the project is to develop and establish a digital platform that provides parents and other adults close to young people with support and education to better understand, cope with and act in demanding relationships. Through accessible content, reflection and community, the project will contribute to increase the ability of adults to act, thereby strengthening young people’s prospects and reducing long-term psychological strain on carers.

The aim of the project is to evaluate whether the participation of adolescents in sleep groups can improve or affect individual sleep duration and sleep quality, as well as to evaluate whether participation in sleep groups affected school performance and mental health.

The aim is to strengthen the public’s ability to understand and critically evaluate information about food, health and climate by developing coherent, research-based and educational material. In an age characterised by miscommunication, oversimplification and conflicting messages, the project aims to contribute to improved scientific adaptation and better conditions for making informed decisions.

Sleep difficulties are a gigantic problem, that generate suffering for the individual and a cost for society. Many of the problems are caused by a lack of knowledge within the healthcare system and the public at large. There is a great need to inform about how sleep problems can be alleviated. Through conferences, open digital seminars and lectures, doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals will be able to acquire the tools to provide adequate support.

Wikipedia is one of the world’s most widely used sources of information. By using the encyclopaedia, people form an understanding of the world. Nevertheless, most people know very little about how it works – and those who write rarely bring up their thoughts on images and image building. Images play a big role in how we perceive a subject – does the image of a suburb show neat greenery in July or a dingy street in November? Understanding this is an important educational mission and matters to our society.

The aim of this project is to create better conditions for researchers in the humanities to take up more space in the Swedish public sphere. Why? Because there is far too much good research that never reaches beyond academia. But also, because there are too many important things happening in society that researchers do not see or understand. As a result, our research tends to become too internal. By building bridges, we can have better research and a wiser public.

The project aims at public education about rest. Create knowledge and interest regarding recovery. Middle-aged women with full calendars often cannot answer what they do when they are off work. Time off? They are mothers, daughters, partners, daughters-in-law, friends, colleagues, sisters before it is time for resting. The aim is to encourage people to have the courage to press the pause button, to learn about the benefits of taking a break and to present different ideas on what to do while resting.

With the Active Leisure project, the association Furuboda wants to contribute to the positive development of 300 young people with disabilities so that more are given tangible conditions for an active, developing and fun leisure time. In this way, young people with disabilities are given better prerequisites for socialising with friends and peers, better ability and conditions for participation and participating in society, as well as resources for better physical and mental health in the short and in the long term.

The aim is to raise awareness among policy makers and community stakeholders on how information from older people, collected during preventive home visits, can be used for community planning that promotes healthy ageing. By disseminating these insights, the voices of older people can be heard by different actors in society, and older people can be given the opportunity to participate and influence aspects (social activities, housing, services, public transport) of society.

We believe it is important to give children and young people an insight into the scientific method and to encourage the pursuit of knowledge. Especially in an age coloured by social media rumours and the post-truth phenomenon. Performing arts and science are an educational dream team. Giving voice to atoms allows the audience to relate to them and makes learning more fun. The atoms’ dialogue with the scientist allows for clarification of the material, making it easier to absorb.

I want to be able to devote my time to compile my and Skåne company’s AI knowledge with Mobile Heights in book form. I want to take stock of how companies look at AI. How I have worked with AI personally. How academia looks at AI and what students see AI as. An AI time document that I can use in an AI course that will be a stand-alone course that anyone can apply for.

I want to create a combination of lectures and dialogue that in an easy-to-understand and enthusiastic way gives the audience simple keys that allows them with small steps to feel better in everyday life regarding stress-related illness. If you start changing small things in your life, it can ultimately give you the power to later perhaps make a bigger change. My belief is that with many small steps you can change relatively much.

The aim of the project is to investigate the start-up and development of the cotton textile industry in Malmö from 1850 to 1920, to highlight a) key actors in the process, b) the role the cotton textile industry played in the industrial development of Malmö, and c) how that process is linked to international economic and industrial development. We want to make this accessible to the public, as we believe that knowledge of history is a central part of people’s identity.
