Electronic guide path

The electronic guidance path, which received a grant in 2014, is a new type of guidance path to assist visually impaired to easily and safely move on their own in the street environment. By utilizing the so called RFID technology it is possible to create an electronic guide path with the potential to be both cost effective and flexible. The project is led by Torgil Moller who is himself visually impaired. The guide path is now being tested on Botulfsplatsen in Lund.
