In recent decades, there has been interest and curiosity in unearthing the women in music history. Thanks to the hard work of a few researchers, several of these forgotten composers have now found their place in the history books. Elisabeth Jacquet de La Guerre is one of them. It is now up to us musicians to play, interpret, immerse ourselves in their music and thus spread it further.
