NUO 2026 aims to gather 80-100 participants between the ages of 16 and 25. NUO 2026 will be a safe and fun environment where young people work and learn together with professional musicians. The participants’ initiatives shall be taken into consideration as far as possible, while course leaders must maintain a pedagogical direction that benefits everyone. One of the most important tasks of the course leader is to give students the confidence to discover and experiment. Students can never fail, only develop.
