We want to create a database for forensic speech comparison. We want to investigate how a representative database of Swedish speakers should be designed to use as a basis for comparison in forensic speech comparison. We want to investigate differences in sound quality between recordings from the same person, e.g. telephone conversations versus studio recordings. We also want to know more about contextual differences between recordings from the same speaker, e.g. a simulated interrogation situation versus a spontaneous phone call.
