Last year ICTUS gave a concert in which they interpreted Sainte-Colombe on cello and gamba. The concert was a success. The old met the new, in compositions by Reiter himself and Berio in an exquisite way. A conceptual concert, an hour of teleportation between different eras and human expressions. We want to develop this new idea to offer Malmö residents a deeply moving experience, where contemporary music is congenially woven into a concert that confronts the Renaissance perception of time and aesthetics with the present.
