The main motive of the project is to support foreign graduates who are recently arrived migrants or who are cut off the labour market (e.g., have been in Sweden for a long time but are still unemployed) to meet the labour market and broaden the target group’s understanding of Swedish working life. We are convinced that everyone in Sweden should have an equal opportunity to enter the Swedish labour market and that everyone should have the same chance, both for work and for a position that corresponds to one’s skills – and are convinced that society at large would benefit from it.
