Young classical pianists often live in a vacuum after their studies and need to forge their own career from a multitude of players on the market. There are currently no projects in the region (or nationally) to support and encourage classical pianists and provide advice on career planning and how to navigate the music scene. The aim of ‘Hands-on Piano’ is precisely to allow young pianists to meet experienced professional pianists of different generations, nationally and internationally active.
